Our clerks are housed on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Courthouse.

The clerks on the 2nd floor process all civil cases including Small Claims, Rent and Possession, Child Support, Dissolution, Adult Order of Protection and Child Order of Protection. The Probate Clerk is also located in this office.
