You should note that the Circuit Clerk and staff are prohibited by law from responding to requests for legal advice. All such requests should be made directly to a licensed attorney.

Our clerks are housed on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Courthouse.

The clerks on the 2nd floor process all civil cases including Small Claims, Rent and Possession, Child Support, Dissolution, Adult Abuse and Child Protection Orders. The Probate Clerk is also located in this office.
