General Election Sample Ballot – November 3, 2026<\/a><\/h4>\n

No-Excuse Early Voting will take place at the Ray County Clerk’s office at the Ray County Courthouse Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm (closed 12-1 for lunch).<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will be open Saturday, October 31st from 8am to noon for early voting.<\/strong><\/p>\n

County Clerk’s office is closed from noon to 1:00 pm for lunch Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n

CHANGED VOTER REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Statute 115.427 – Voters must show a photo ID, defined only as a non-expired Missouri driver\u2019s license, non-expired or non-expiring Missouri non-driver\u2019s license, or document that contains the voter\u2019s name (which matches the voter registration, photograph, expiration date (and it\u2019s not expired or expired after the date of the most recent general election), and the document was issued by the United States or state of Missouri or military ID.
