This form is intended only for concerns involving Ray County Road & Bridge roads within county jurisdiction. Roads maintained by special road districts, cities, or MoDOT are not serviced through this form.
Ray County Road & Bridge helps maintain a large portion of the approximately 720 miles of county roads located throughout Ray County.
To improve communication and help streamline the repair process, we have created an online Road & Bridge Concern Form. This form allows concerns to be submitted directly into our tracking system to help organize, prioritize, and monitor roadway issues more efficiently.
The form may be used to report concerns such as:
• Road damage or potholes
• Drainage or ditch concerns
• Downed trees or storm debris
• Signage or roadway safety concerns
Submitted concerns are reviewed and tracked to help improve communication, response coordination, and overall efficiency in addressing roadway issues.
A map of all Ray County road district boundaries is also provided to help residents identify which district serves their area if they are unsure.
