Snow Removal – Request for Bids
Ray County is accepting sealed bids for snow and ice removal for the following locations:
Courthouse (driveway, entries, stairs, sidewalks), Prosecuting Attorney buildings (sidewalks, entries, back deck, parking lot), Public Administrator office (sidewalk, entry), Eagleton Center and Museum area (sidewalks, driveway), Henrietta Jail (parking lots), Ray County Museum (sidewalk, front stairs), and Old Jail sidewalks. Contractor must furnish concrete‑safe ice melt.
Bids must be sealed, labeled “SNOW REMOVAL BID” and delivered to the Ray County Clerk’s Office by noon on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at the regular Commission meeting.
Ray County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Ray County Commission is accepting sealed fuel bids for Ray County, for the year of January 01, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Bulk delivery fuel types, no lead, premium diesel low sulfur oil, 15W60 – 55/gal. drum, 30W – 55/gal. drum, hydraulic – 55/gal. drum, gear lube 80/90, propane.
Bids should be sealed and labeled “Fuel Bids” and submitted by Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at noon to the Clerk’s office. Bids will be opened on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at the regular Commission meeting.

Ray County Commission is accepting sealed fuel bids for rock for Ray County, for the year January 01, 2026, through December 31, 2026. 1″ clean, 2″ clean, crusher run rock 1″-3″, screened road rock 1″-3″, road rock 3″-5″, graded rip rap, quarry run shot rock, lime waste/dirty chat, clean chips, scalping, waste rock. The County reserves the right to request invoices from supplier.

Real Estate Services – Request for Proposal
Ray County is seeking proposals from qualified realtors to market and sell the former jail property located at 210 South College Street, Richmond, Missouri. Interested realtors should submit a brief proposal outlining the unique value they bring to the sale of this property, including their skills, experience, marketing methods, creative strategies, and overall approach to achieving the best outcome for the County.
Proposals must be delivered to the Ray County Clerk’s Office by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on January 7, 2026. Proposals will be opened at the Ray County Commission meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
