HVAC BIDS – RAY COUNTY JAIL
Ray County, Missouri is accepting sealed bids from licensed and insured HVAC contractors to evaluate, recommend, and repair or replace four (4) existing heating and cooling systems at the Ray County Jail in Henrietta, Missouri.
Bids shall include proposed scope of work, equipment specifications, and any guarantees or warranties on labor and equipment.
Site visits must be arranged through the Ray County Sheriff’s Office.

Bids will be opened at the regular Ray County Commission meeting on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 9:30 AM.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
ENTRY DOORS – RAY COUNTY COURTHOUSE
Ray County, Missouri is requesting sealed bids from licensed and insured contractors to evaluate, recommend, and repair or replace the entry doors at the Ray County Courthouse.
The Courthouse has four (4) entry doors. Proposals shall address each door individually and all four doors as a combined project. Bids must include proposed scope of work, materials, warranties, and expected project timelines.
Site visits may be arranged by contacting the Ray County Commission Office at 816-776-4507.
Sealed bids must be clearly marked:
“Entry Doors Bid 03/04/2026”
Bids shall be delivered to the Ray County Clerk’s Office, 100 West Main Street, Richmond, Missouri, no later than Noon, March 4, 2026.
Ray County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
